Precision-Engineered Fiberglass Construction

All fiberglass components are computer-designed, CNC cut, and engineered for fit, finish, and durability. Each part is vacuum infused with a vinyl ester epoxy blend resin or vinyl ester resin. State-of-the-art materials and design support durability and passenger comfort. This combination of materials and design helps absorb energy and sound, which improves the experience for passengers.

High Grade Aluminum Fuel Tank

Thanks to the custom hull design's fuel efficiency, the standard 107-gallon fuel tank provides ample capacity. Each tank is constructed from 3/16" high-grade aluminum and coated with Targuard Coal Epoxy for enhanced durability. The tank is securely installed without the use of expanding foam, thereby minimizing the risk of moisture retention and potential corrosion.

The option for additional fuel is available.

Hydraulic Jack Plate for Shallow Water Performance

Because Catch 27 is designed to run shallow, it comes standard with a hydraulic jack plate pre-drilled for mounting Power-Pole shallow water anchors. Paddle-style switches on both steering wheels control the jack plate.

• All hardware is made from high quality marine grade 316 stainless steel by Gemlux.
• Eight premium screwless rod holders in the gunnel and transom. The entire gunnel has reinforced coring for additional installations.
• Ten flush-mounted screwless rod holders on the hardtop.
• Six flush-mounted pop-up cleats.
• Premium friction hinges hold hatches open without gas shocks.
• Friction hinges do eventually wear out so we thought ahead for ease of replacement. Under the fiberglass, embedded into the laminate is a material called Aquasteel. Aquasteel is a dense corrosion free composite with the same strength as metal. We use machine screws threaded into the Aquatsteel to hold the hinges. Simply unscrew the machine screws and replace your hinge. No struggling to get to nuts on the backside.

Lithium Battery Chargers for 12-Volt and 36-Volt

• Abyss Battery provides an on-board marine charger that charges the 12-volt house battery, the 12- volt lithium engine battery and the 36-volt trolling motor battery when plugged into shore power.
• If you choose the option of a trolling motor, we install a 36-volt onboard alternator charger. It automatically charges the trolling motor battery when the engine is running. It works great with Mercury’s 150-amp high-capacity alternator.

All components are networked together. The autopilot, stereo, lighting, pumps, windlass and all digital switching can be controlled from any of the three MFD’s. If you get the optional Garmin trolling motor, it can also be controlled from the MFD’s.
